PEACHES
DECEMBER – MARCH

Autumn Crunch
Autumn Crunch peaches are large and round with a red-blushed yellow skin and firm, non-melting. They are suitable for canning as well as eating fresh.
Harvest: Late February

Keisies
The Keisie peaches are very large and rounded, with a smooth, hairy & golden yellow exterior. The flesh is golden yellow with a firm non-melting texture.
Harvest: Early January

Summertime
Summertime peached are rounded with fuzzy firm red exterior. These peaches are juicy, sweet and flavourful with a yellow flesh and melting texture.
Harvest: December – February

Fairtime
Classed as a Freestone peach, Fairtime peaches are lovely, large peaches with a very sweet taste and firm flesh.
Harvest: Early March

Oom Sarel
Oom Sarel peaches boast a large, fat, round yellow exterior that are easy to grow due to it being a strong, vigorous peach variety.
Harvest: Middle December

Booniegold
Named after their golden exterior, Bonnie Gold peaches are round with a yellow exterior skin and firm, non-melting flesh.
Harvest: Late November
Nectarines
OCTOBER – MARCH

August Red
August Red boasts an exceptionally red blushing exterior with a firm, melting inside that is best consumed perfectly ripened & firm.
Harvest: Late February

Summer Prince
A delectable fruity dessert nectarine with fresh, white flesh interior with a soft-toned exterior colour.
Harvest: February

White Flesh
With a glossy exterior skin boasting a deep red colour and distinct white flesh interior.
Harvest: October – February
Grapes
NOVEMBER – MID DECEMBER

Crimson
Crimson grapes are large, cylindrical-oval with a bright red exterior. The berries are crisp and firm, with thick, tough skin, and firm crisp, seedless flesh with a neutral flavour.
Harvest: January – April

Red Globe
The Red Globe is classed as the largest round berries of all seeded red grapes with firm flesh used mainly as a table grape. With a dark ruby red colour exterior and mildly sweet flesh.
Harvest: February – March
PLUMS
NOVEMBER – APRIL

African Delight
African Delight is a red-skinned cling-stone plum with a yellow-fleshed interior. Boasting bold flavours with exceptionally high levels of sweetness and juice content.
Harvest: Mid November – End February

Sun Kiss
With a perfectly yellow, sun-kissed exterior, these plums offer very juicy, intensely aromatic, firm fruit. The sweetness levels dependent on how well this plant is cared for.
Harvest: Late December – January
APPLES
LATE JANUARY – LATE MAY

Golden Delicious
When perfectly ripe, the Golden Delicious is finely structured and rather tender flesh, boasting sweet yet slightly acidic flavours, with pronounced aromas of anise, cinnamon, honey, and pear.
Harvest: February – March

Royal Gala
The Royal Gala has a distinct bi-coloured exterior highlighted with either pink or red stripes with a creamy, yellow flesh that boasts a crisp sweetness followed by a floral aroma.
Harvest: February – August

Top Red
Top Red apples generally have a tough exterior encapsulating a mildly sweet and juicy yet light crispness, that’s somewhat reminiscent of slightly over-ripe melon.
Harvest: Mid-May

Kanzi
Kanzi apples offer a perfect blend of the sweet & sour tones typical of the Gala and Braeburn cultivars. Its crisp texture and perfectly balanced palate make it a perfect choice for preparing tasty recipes.
Harvest: Late April

Granny
With it’s popular bright green exterior and crisp white flesh, the Granny Smith apples offers a tart yet subtlety sweet flavour. A cultivar with an especially long seasonal period.
Harvest: January, April – December

Fuji
This versatile cultivar boasts either a blushed light red/pink colour, some lined with red vertical strips on a crisp exterior. Offering a creamy white colour tone to a firm fruity flesh, bursting with juicy sweetness.
Harvest: April – October
PEARS
LATE FEBRUARY – LATE MARCH

Forelle
Named after the Forel fish for it’s reddish exterior, the Forelle pear is slightly firmer than most other pears. It’s flavour is extra sweet distinct cinnamon spice undertones.
Harvest: February – March

Packham
Packham flesh has an ivory-toned exterior with a fine-grained and soft encasing a moist central core with very few seeds. They pack a sweet & juicy aromatic flavour.
Harvest: Mid February

Bosc
Boasting a beautiful bronze-colored exterior with an elongated neck, Bosc pears offer a sweet, juicy flavor with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Harvest: Late January – Early February

Rosemary
Rosemary pears have a more smooth but stubby exterior appearance with hints of yellow & blush. A versatile fruit that offers rich scents & all-round sweet taste, perfect for cheese boards & snacking.
